Single Flange vs Double Flange — Which One Does Your D155 Use?

The D155 runs both types on each crawler frame. Double flange rollers go at the end positions to keep the chain from walking sideways; single flange rollers fill the middle positions where lateral load is not a factor. Both share the same installation dimensions — 409 × 140 mm, M26 shaft — so the only difference at the mounting face is the flange count. Check the position number in your parts manual, or count the flanges on the worn roller.

What to Check Before Ordering

• ▸Flange type — count the flanges on the worn roller: one side = single flange, both sides = double flange

Packaging & Shipment

Each roller ships in a reinforced wooden crate — rust-inhibiting wrap on the tread, foam cushioning around the seal faces. At 111–120 kg per unit, crates are palletized and strapped before container loading. FCL from Xiamen or Guangzhou runs 7–15 days to most ports; LCL consolidation takes around 30 days.

Customization Options

Distributors ordering under their own brand can request private label marking on the crate and roller body. Tread coating color is adjustable — most customers specify black oxide or yellow primer depending on their market. If your machine has a non-standard shaft diameter or bolt circle from a field modification, send the drawing or a dimensional photo and we produce to that spec. For full-set orders, single flange and double flange rollers are packed per side so your workshop pulls one crate per crawler and installs in sequence.
