How It's Made
Each roller starts as a forged steel blank — not cast, not welded together. After turning, the tread goes through induction hardening to build up surface toughness where it actually contacts the track links. The floating seal faces get lapped flat before assembly, and every finished piece goes through a pressure test for oil retention. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship. Simple as that.
